Return and Refund Policy

P-Fab Manufacturing accepts eligible return requests within 21 days after delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, uninstalled, in the same condition received, and returned with original packaging when applicable.

To request a return, contact us before sending an item back at jeff@pfabusa.com or 507-476-9385. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.

For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

If you receive an incorrect or defective item, contact us promptly so we can review the issue and provide next steps.

Items marked final sale are not eligible for return.

After the returned item is received and inspected, any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method, less applicable return shipping and restocking charges.
